Gary himself has built up a wealth of experience, knowledge and network of contractors/developers within the paving, roofing and cladding markets, to the point where he is now so highly regarded by specifiers, developers and Council planners that they seek him and his Company out for advice, guidance and support for their upcoming projects and refurbishment work they have planned.
Always looking for ways of improving how business is done and challenging the status quo, Gary was the major driving force behind the introduction of clay paving to municipal applications in New Zealand. Gary achieved this by working closely with Council planners, professional specifiers and manufacturers. Collectively, they developed the appropriate specification and cost-effective pavement solution to satisfy the client's requirement.
Gary was also a key player in the introduction of new ranges of clay bricks to the New Zealand market. This resulted in a major shake up in pricing and how clay bricks were distributed in New Zealand.
More recently, Gary has partnered with developers and Brickworks and introduced Terraçade cladding to the New Zealand market. Terraçade is ideal as a cladding for new commercial developments and as a re-clad for existing commercial buildings. Gary has now completed high profile projects throughout New Zealand including Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland.
So much of the above was achieved via Gary’s collaborative style – always putting the clients’ requirements first, and then working on solutions that ensure the shared goals are achieved.
